Bahan-bahan:
16 lembar roti tawar, buang pinggirnya, rendam air secukupnya hingga lunak
200 gram kelapa kopyor, keruk kasar
150 gram nangka, potong memanjang
200 gram tape ketan hitam
200 gram gula merah, iris halus
2 lembar daun pandan, potong melintang ukuran 2 cm
500 cc santan
1/4 sendok teh garam
Cara Memasak:
Siapkan beberapa lembar daun pisang ukuran 15 cm x 20 cm, lalu sisihkan.
Campur santan dan garam, aduk rata, lalu masak hingga mendidih, sisihkan.
Ambil 2 lembar daun pisang, tumpuk keduanya bersilangan, lalu letakkan di atasnya 2 lembar roti tawar, 1 sendok makan kelapa kopyor, 1 sendok makan nangka, 1 sendok makan tape ketan hitam, 2 sendok makan gula merah, 1 potong daun pandan, dan 3 sendok makan campuran santan tadi.
Bungkus berbentuk tum, semat dengan lidi, lalu ulangi hingga semua bahan habis.
Kukus selama 20 menit hingga matang, angkat, lalu sajikan.
