Bahan-bahan:
2 sendok makan mentega/margarin
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
2 sendok makan tepung terigu
500 cc kaldu ayam
200 gram kentang, potong berbentuk dadu kecil
100 gram wortel, potong berbentuk dadu kecil
15 buah bakso, potong kecil
50 gram kacang polong
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh pala bubuk
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
Cara Memasak:
Panaskan margarin, tumis bombay hingga layu, lalu masukkan tepung terigu sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk hingga rata.
Tambahkan kaldu ayam, aduk hingga rata, masak hingga kuah mengental, lalu tambahkan garam, merica bubuk, dan pala bubuk, aduk rata.
Masukkan kentang, wortel, kacang polong, dan bakso, aduk rata, masak di atas api kecil hingga matang, angkat dari api, lalu taburi dengan daun bawang.
